【Explanation of the Confession to the 35 Buddhas Practice - Notice 3】How to deal with The Lord of Death

With reference to the book “Explanation of the Confession to the 35 Buddhas Practice”, page 287, from L1:
The Confession to the 35 Buddhas Practice looks like a short passage, yet it has been passed down from the Great Lineage Masters who had spent their lives… and now we have received the teaching from them. The Sangha members have also put in great effort to carefully do the translation word by word from the original Tibetan language. The process of the translation was tough and challenging because the Sangha members have to learn and master the Tibetan language first, before translating into Chinese. With the teaching from such a pure, complete and accurate lineage, when we practice accordingly to the teaching, are we not able to attain achievement? Definitely, we can! The reason is that the accomplished practitioners have followed this method; Je Rinpoche also followed it and attained emptiness and Buddhahood! A lot of people also prostrated with this method. Our lineage masters had also prostrated like that, and I am a practitioner following their footsteps, therefore, how should I prostrate to the 35 Buddhas, what kind of confidence should I develop in the Buddhas?
I very much look forward to everyone using your heart and mind to contemplate and realize what the “Confession to 35 Buddhas Practice” brings to our lives; put your heart in contemplating. After realizing it, observe whether or not you will have gratitude? Therefore, what will you achieve by reciting the Buddhas names? It is valiant bliss! Where does this come from? Definitely, this comes from our faith in the 35 Buddhas and blessings from the Buddhas!
For us, we are still in the darkness of cyclic existence, but we have met Lord Buddha who has the power to break through this darkness, he has the methods to overcome this darkness, and we have the ability to break through this darkness – that is our faith. If these combine as one, there is no reason that in this life we can’t succeed, right? Why should my past bad karma lead me to the miserable realms? Why can’t I have a triple jump, jump out from these 3 worlds once and for all? Why? Hence, all of us here have this ability to become Buddha. If you have this kind of faith, and you are unwilling to be an ordinary person, why can’t we use all sorts of dharma methods to practice, to terminate this cyclic existence completely, and say “goodbye!” to birth and death? I will not meet ”you” again! When I do meet “you” again, it is what? I will get more people to fight the Lord of Death.
